About Debbie Sterrett
I am a 22yr agent, with an additional 6 1/2yrs with a homebuilder. I've also have experience with investment and foreclosure properties.I am honest, hardworking, and comfortable with all types of people. My specialty is working through difficult transactions to find the "win win" for all involved.
Over the years I have sold all types of properties, so am experienced in most situations. I also take the time to make sure my clients understand the paperwork, and the process, so that the whole transaction goes as smoothly as possible.
I have been happily married to Jon for 30yrs, and we have 4 adult children, and one granddaughter. We are a blended family, so I understand the complexity of those situations.
I am also an avid fitness enthusiast, and am a member at Planet Fitness.
I have been involved with Circles Sharpsburg since it's inception. This is an organization working with people at the poverty level to help them achieve financial stability. This is accomplished through mentoring and education, as well as friendship. I am very proud of what all we have accomplished so far.
The most unique experience I have had as an agent is selling the house that was used in the movie Fences. I even got to see Denzel Washington!
